RISING60 Logo Competition Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before submitting your logo design. By entering the competition, you agree to the conditions below.
- The submitted logo design must be an unpublished one in Singapore, Indonesia and abroad, and does not and will not violate copyrights, trademark rights, or infringe upon other rights of any third parties.
- Submissions must be original works created by the entrant(s). Fully or substantially AI-generated designs are not eligible for submission. We reserve the right to request evidence of the design process where necessary.
- The Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Singapore and Indonesia reserve the right to reject an entry even after it is selected as the winning design if it is:
- Found to infringe the provisions of public order and standards of decency, contain defamatory contents, infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party, or have other inappropriate references
- Found to resemble an existing artwork
- Any falsifications made in the entry will render it disqualified even after the submitted design is selected as the winning design.
- Designs submitted for entry in the competition will be considered to be the exclusive property of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Singapore and all copyrights pertaining to the submitted design will belong to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Singapore.
- Authorised usage of the completed design shall be given by the Governments of Singapore and Indonesia, as well as the respective Embassies in either country, for the events related to the 60th Anniversary of Singapore-Indonesia Diplomatic Relations.
- Personal information of the entrants will not be disclosed to any third party.
- We will not be sending acknowledgments of receipt upon submission, or notifying entrants who are not the final winner of the result.
